Honestly, there is far far worse sleep advice out there. I don't have a huge issue with him honestly, but we can't agree on everything that is totally ok!

Anecdotally, I feel like CBD helps me sleep and I wake up feeling more refreshed than I do having taken nothing, and MUCH better than if I take a melotonin. THC definitely interferes with dreaming in my experience, but if I take pure CBD my dreams are pretty normal.
I think for sure it can help people. My main thought is just to remind people that it may not be a reliable long term solution. Science as of now isn't clear cut.

@@MakeSleepGreatAgain if you still struggle, i recommend 50mg of trazodone before bed :). But you need a psychiatrist to prescribe. Although, better to get off caffeine first entirely, before u get on meds. 😅
What usually works is stop drinking caffeine after 12 clock

This is lol. “Organic materials” and toxins and oh my. You know what an organic material is? Cyanide. There are plenty of insanely deadly & poisonous chemicals that are not man made and can be found in nature.
That is a strawman argument. There is a big difference comparing horse hair, cotton, silk, things that humans have been exposed to safely for 1000s of years and then microplastics, foams and all the chemical coatings, which we've been exposed to for barely 2-3 generations. The science around estrogenics for example is quite compelling and then throw in the simple benefits that organic products have in bedding. All that said, thank you for commenting and i'm not against changing my mind if proposed a reasonable arguement.

I never sleep if I do I sleep for 1 hour max up for 40 mi. That asleep another 40 min all night for 5 hours it's driving me Crazy

I have tried both good And bad sleep I don’t see much of a difference Maybe it’s because I am still 18 And the effects really show when I am in my 30s But still it’s really difficult to get back on track and sleep at 10-12 to 4-8 am

I'll sleep 4 to 5 hours of sleep for about 5 days in a row, but I'll make up for any sleep deficit for at least two days a week where I'll sleep 9 to 10 hours. I'll sometimes only 2 or now sleep at night but will nap in the afternoon for about 2 hours around lunchtime. I'm a writer, and I like to write at night when I'm less likely to be interrupted. My days are very normal, chores, weightlifting, walks and errands.
Very interesting 🤔 The general consensus in the sleep science is you can't really fully recover lost sleep. Sleep consistency is king and is more correlated to longevity than sleep length. That said, if it works for you then no need to change. 💪
I was born with restless leg syndrome. It has haunted and paralyzed me my entire life. What I mean by it’s paralyzed my life is,I am now 64 years old and to be honest, I look and feel and act like a 99 year-old. Restless leg syndrome has robbed me of joy, family, robbed my entertainment, my intelligence , it has robbed my life. It's not about sleep quality. It's about the ability to fall asleep. Blue light will definitely disrupt melatonin release and affect your ability to fall asleep.
And the neuroscience on this is crystal clear
Read the paper, the difference on sleep onset was minimal. I'm not saying it is not a factor, but it's looking like it's overhyped. There are much bigger reasons why screens are a problem for sleep.
I dont think thats true, I just yesterday stayed up to 3 am while also looking at my phone and it did not affect my sleep in any way
