Niko's name is pretty hard to decipher beneath all the wordplay Kanji Reading: 虎 (Ko- (tora)), 金 (-gane), 妃 -i (hime)) "虎" is read based on on'yomi (phonetics), while "金" is read based on kun'yomi (meaning). These two tie in well due to her thematic colours which is yellow/gold, typical descriptive colours for a tiger. "姫" is similar to "妃", in that both can be read as "hi/hime" and bear similar meanings, but "妃" is not commonly used. Typically, Koganei is formed by two known variations, "小金井" or "虎金井", which obviously based on Niko's tiger aesthetics, "虎金井" is chosen. "妃" replaces "井", but the reason for this is unclear due to lack of character background information. "笑" (niko) takes on the onomatopoeic reading from niko-niko, a smile. Since the standalone kanji "笑" is not used for names, "虎" is added back as an extra character to conveniently take the place of "ko" of her given name.

I must've seen at least 20 playthroughs of this game at this point and this is the first time I've seen the bad Hank ending lol. Sasuga Elito Miko! I love how she mentioned that the Connor/Hank dynamic was similar to Subaru/Kanade from the GTA RP and she's right! I hope she'll go back to this game and try again one day, watching her play this was so much fun.

She did way worse than her first play through 5 years ago She got a normal ending but at least Hank survived I suspect she purposely gave up making friend with Hank this time
