We went on tour with our friends Native. This is mostly video footage of the touristy stuff we did when not playing. The songs are 'Mason Jars' and 'Ponyboy' both by Native. I'm sure they won't mind me using them.

We went on tour and I did some filming. The song is something Chris has written. Not sure if we'll do anything with it yet, or whether Chris wants to do something with it, but it goes pretty well with the video. Thanks to everyone who came out to see us/play with us, and a massive thanks to Kono, Kotaro, Shunta and the guys at Zankyo for sorting out the tour.

Oh shit!
soo cool watching this gem!
Really love this song, it holds a special place in my heart, i like the things that the band are releasing today... but man does this makes my dearest memories come to life
I like to imagine that one of you lads still has access to this channel and gets an email about a new comment... 9 years down the line
Howdy. .
bump
not first but oh my, youtube somehow dug this up for me after a few months of binging the newer TTNG.
I'm here. My favorite band ever
wot dis?
AMAZING LOVE IT!!!
oh whats this
harder/faster songs like this from ttng or other bands?
I love this town need guns and this song
my best this town needs guns song
I just dug this up from the iTunes store. It's so beautiful, I miss this sound so much
the guitar part of Chinchilla here sounds CRYSTAL CLEAR.. unlike the compressed mp3 copies
thats because this is pre final mix they purposely put volume on the guitar higher in order to hear the recording of the guitar parts clearer then they had to balance the volume with the vocals and other instruments its not the recording the audio quality is probably way lower than the album on youtube judging by the video quality
Give me Aardvark, or give me death!
today, you have aardvark thistownneedsguns.bandcamp.com/track/aardvark
Who recording bass on this?
+colonelbuttcustard Dan was, he left before it was released and was replaced by Jamie. You can see him on the 26/i'll tell you why video
If anyone's ever listened to "Brand New" this sounds just like their EP's, and it's amazing!
Please, goto SXSW this year!!
'Mason Jars' and 'Ponyboy' both by Native.
I would do absolutely anything to have the old TTNG back </3 I still listen to Animals on a daily basis
wow. It is hard to believe how much they have changed
It looks JUST like him!
lol looks nothing like him and he didn't meet TTNG til last year
yes, on their ep Hippy Jam Fest!
Is that fucking Henry on bass?
Wow, it's great to see how far these guys have progressed musically. Great job, guys. I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
where has this song been all my life
The cat in the beginning disturbs me on a profound level.
Really? I can't see them.
Shes called George Pringle.
Indie isn't a genre...
Still feel that way?
btw who's that girl singing along with Stu? or is that just him with a higher voice in another layer? lol
this is awesome. i thought my band was immature. you should have seen how crazy and unprofessional acting we were in the studio. glad to know one of my favorite bands is just as childish as we are! :)
there were a couple songs in this video that i didn't rocognize, and i thought they were awesome. Anyway you can release that kind of thing on youtube or something?
@DevilDriver20 Big Day Out is also a fucking load of fun.
your music has taken me to a whole new level of, well, music. it's very inspirational, and your guitarist is fantastic. please give him my regards. haven't heard anything as original as the way he plays in quite awhile. stop by in el paso sometime, i'd love to see you guys play.
australians are so fucking lucky to have the soundwave festival
What song is this and by who?
It's by the band Native. 11 years too late but hey, hope it helps.
@ShadowCrowX hippy jame fest, it was a south park episode.
@thistownneedsguns you should release aardvark at some point
it sucks stuart is leaving :/ such a beautiful voice
