THE CHURNING ROD is a symbol of Concentration, Focus - going long time back when the Churning of the Ocean (Samudra Manthan) appeared. It stands for the churning in our mind when we step sincerely on the spiritual path.
This churning is necessary in order to see our false masks, identities and to receive at the end the greatest gift - our true Self.

Thankyou 💚 I related to this so much as I have a Vegan coffee van business. People literally yell at me and argue for not having calves milk. At first I felt like they were coming at me with knives finding out I was Vegan through the community and social media comments. The more I listen to these teachings the more detached I become from peoples reactions and stronger in my decision. I can explain why if they ask in a compassionate way rather than getting all angry and judgmental like I used to. This is one of the many ways these teachings are helping me 😊🌱
