Thank you for this- Stefan comes across as such a great guy. I would have been very interested in more details about Stefan’s training program and how he structures his training week. He spoke briefly about doing hiit and cardio once a week but really wanted to hear how he plans his weight training. (What warm up, what stretching, weights/ sets for how long, cool down if any)? Habits which I took out which I currently do not do- drinking LOTS of water, bringing protein on business trips, fewer reps but very heavy weights..
Awesome episode guys, Stefan, what a legend.
Thanks matey, glad you enjoyed it!

Great interview, very inspiring 👏👏👏 do you guys have the name of the book regarding stretching that Stefan mentioned? Thank you!
Thanks Thomas! We will message him for you to find out.
