May be you cabinet dont have good air flow
@@puredevilislive my cabinet got fan from every side (IO fans) + its clear - i clean the PC from dust every 4 weeks with brush + condensed air

Why are you getting so low fps? In any other videos with this cpu the fps is around 100-130 even with weaker gpus? Something's wrong with your rig.
Video was recorded with Day one patch and at that time game was not pretty optimized
My rx6600 is limited for that cpu
