Sorry, my editing app was not cooperating. It randomly changed the length of various clips, but I THINK I fixed them all. It's still a bit of a mess, but I filled in some of the gaps with text.

What Do I REALLY Think of my New City? (Mexico)
I love when communities decorate with flowers, fronds, streamers, banners, and their collective love. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us!
It's SO difficult to find a consulate that will process a visa. Every time I try PHX it only gives the option of "Pasaporte, Matriculation Consular e INE". It's been incredibly frustrating.
Yeah, I heard it's getting more difficult and that you have to go to the one in your region. :( good luck Give me an update.
Hi Jenny. Nice video and I wish you the best of luck in your relationship with your boyfriend. Have a nice day
As the kids say, this video ate and left no crumbs! Your best one to date (I'll bet it took a lot of work). You and Alex look so cute and happy together. ❤
Thanks, Angela
Nice video, Happy Birthday! You two look great together.
Hi jenny, Can you put a detailed list of documents that is required for appointment. Is birth certificate mandatory?
Churros?!! Yes, please! Glad you had a nice trip. The food looks good.
Nice descripción, go on.
Sorry about the quality. It did NOT look like that on my phone. I also recorded it horizontally, but sometimes my phone (or the editing app?) thinks otherwise. :(
Cool
You welcome to come n visit Guanajuato

@@angelhdz1820 Hola, mándame mensaje. doinglifewithjenny@gmail.com
Hello Jenny. I am an ex-vegan. Vegan from 1994-2019. I speak from experience. I believe very much that your vegan diet is slowly killing you. I was very ill in spring of 2019 from veganism - malnourished, jaundiced, abnormal labs, low energy ..... I found Dr. Paul Saladino and started to follow his diet guidance. Within 3 months of following a carnivore diet, my symptoms had resolved and I started thriving. I added back fruits and raw organic honey. Please learn about lectins and other antinutrients in plant foods. You probably have leaky gut from lectins and autoimmune issues from the leaky gut. I believe your body is crying out - screaming - for more nutrients than you able to give your body with your present limited vegan diet. Beef, beef organs, beef fat - Start with these foods. Eliminate all your foods except for beef, beef organs, and beef fat for about 3 months. Plus honey for energy and the fruits you can tolerate. If you feel fine doing just the beef products, that is great. If you are low energy, try the honey and fruit also. I was going to ignore your video and go on about my day, but I felt compelled to write to you because I feel I almost died from veganism, and it sounds like you are heading in that direction too. I wish you all the best and hope that you have the inspiration and motivation and curiosity to try another way of eating that might help you thrive.
Bienvenida a Mexico ❤
Cute couple ❤
Gracias
You didn’t have to get background check with fingerprints? Seattle is requiring that in 2024
I honestly can't remember if they ran one, but I don't think so.
I'm so happy for you, Jenny! The two of you seem like a great match. Good on you for taking a risk and good on him for so quickly seeing you as girlfriend material.
Love that you are so open and honest about your fears and feelings… and even the awkward moments. I hope he realizes what a great catch you are 😊
Interesting info. Wow, I was surprised how much the Prego red sauce is!
The one at Walmart was a lot cheaper!
Your story is so cute! I'm happy for you. Wishing you two the best. 🥰
Great info. Soriana in Mazatlan is a little more expensive
It could turn into a warrant. I had a $10 jaywalking tic i showed up to pay but was turned away bc it didn’t appear in the system. 5 yrs later i was in handcuffs during a traffic stop for the same ticket that had turned into a $7k warrant.
Oh my goodness
Nothing will happen to you. Chill out.
Not true. It could possibly turn into a warrant.
You knew that you had to pay the toll when you drove by the tollbooth, just pay the fine before the bill get bigger,,, mucha suerte!!
I promise to come visit you in jail. 🤣
You better! Lol
Cute story! I enjoyed it and will arrange for bail 😊
I appreciate it. 🤣
😂😂
You were in la Roma, i work nearly there
I saw a video before about zimapan, where is here? Where do you live? I come from zimapan but i live in mexico city
😂 I had that problem in Puerto Escondido after having Thai food in La Punta... had to high tail it back to the place I was staying nearby. Thanks for the giggles!
🤣
Make sure he is really single
I found a great one!! No cheating 😁
Out of all the You Tubers in Mexico, You are truly living the most authentic life!!
This comment means a lot. This is what I strive for.
It was fun hanging out with you today. Thanks for the ride along. Looking forward to positive results from those tests.
Hope all is ok with your health. 🤗 Ironically I have been having a lot of stomach pain and urinary frequency too. I had a kidney stone but it passed a while ago - but still have pain and some frequency. Urologist doesn’t have any explanation - passed me off to gastroenterologist who gave me meds that made it worse and a diet so strict I can’t manage it (I am a very healthy eater normally - mostly vegetarian). Curious to see what is the cause of yours.
I hope you are doing well now! I have to go to another specialist next week. The urologist had no clue.
@@jennyhammond9261 so frustrating! What kind of specialist?
@@roundpaws I learned a new word in English and Spanish: nephrologist/nefrólogo, kidney specialist if it's new for you too!
@@jennyhammond9261 yes I was told that by the gastroenterologist. If your stones are in your kidney and not uterer or bladder, it is a nephrologist you see. So I’m guessing the urologist believes that your kidneys may be the source of your issues. I’m wondering if something to do with plant-based diets possibly since we both don’t eat meat? I always thought that was a truly healthy choice and I have never liked meat or the business of it.
@@roundpaws I don't have stones and I don't have diabetes or high blood pressure (everthing I read said kidney problems are usually because of those two things).
So I have a appt. In chicago next Saturday July 13. I’m bringing my social security statement and monthly IRA statement. It’s now up to over $4200US. Can you tell me what to expect that has to be filled out in Mexico?I’ll probably be going to a office outside of Puerto Vallarta. I just have no clue what to expect. Thks
This is interesting...especially the first story. Lol.
Doesn't magico translate closer to magical town? Haha. Spanish is my first language but I stopped speaking it at 10 years old, switched to only English.
Yeah..my brain doesn't know what it's saying at words come out of my mouth! lol
@jennyhammond9261 hahaha. I know it's not your first language though. Fair. 😂
from 12:26 and some of your other videos I heard the “cannot miss work, no work no pay” many times, just wonder if your work in Mexico has any sort of paid leave days? sick leave days?
thanks for the information, but to someone who never experienced these procedures, would be hard to imagine. So the video could be better if you can edit / insert some photos, not necessary fully video recording of visiting the clinic or hospital, but you might have some pictures of how fancy is the exterior, the environment of clinic or hospital? and some of the internal equipments, and some of groups photos with the doctor or nurses if they agree? just curious to know better
Thank you for this video. I think this was the most interesting video I have seen on mexico. I am also curious about mexicos dental care. The medical information and experience you described was really cool. Also the labs and specialist prices are very nice. Haha. I think this would maybe even be something i would do just for fun. I wonder what other types of tests you could do in Mexico to benefit your health.
Thanks for the interesting video. A lot of detail about procedure with pharmacy and specialist doctors in Mexico. Good luck on finding a bona fide solution to your ails.
Thanks for such an informative video. I hope your headache goes away soon.
My headache is finally gone.
@@doinglifewithjenny8501 so glad. Anything from all your tests?
@@roundpaws So far all good..went to another doc yesterday, going to another today, and more tests Monday
@@doinglifewithjenny8501 good luck 🙏
Hi Jenny. In my own experience with general doctors, most of them have been good doctors. There are some exceptions, but specialist doctors are really good doctors. Most of them are too young. In my case, general doctors are good with seasonal diseases. General doctors have sent me with a specialist in accordance the symptoms I have had. Have a nice night. Best wishes!!!
There are general/family doctors with private practices, they are usually good. Pharmacy doctors are not good, as a general rule
It's me on my other account. I couldn't find any that weren't affiliated with a pharmacy.
Are same brands, products, that in USA? If not, could you recommend some
Yes, there are lots of brands you'll recognize! There are also plenty of Mexican brands, which will be the cheaper option.
Thanks. Let’s see more videos like these.
Will do!
Omg..Saludos from Jalisco! Ive lived in Chapala now for 21 months. Coming from unincorporated Florissant 😊
Florissant, MO?
@doinglifewithjenny8501 Yes. Sold my home from MX. It was an easy process and glad to be here. Good luck to you:)
Omg. Thank you for the video
This is my favorite video! Lol
It's nice you had a very good time in Mexico. And you look a little more tanned!!! Have a nice night. Best wishes
Yes, I didn't know I can get this tan.
If you go back to tlaxcala city, I would really like to see the tianguis. Haha. I would like to visit tlaxcala next trip. :)
I just got back from trip #2.
Jenny, I'm so excited for your first anniversary in Hidalgo and even happier about the new beau! I hope you are enjoying a well-deserved feeling of accomplishment.
Thanks, Angela
¡Felicidades en todos tus logros!
