took me about 4 hours in total to pull it off. glad my son was there to celebrate with me and you can hear him at the end.
Normally from having it standing or even horizontal but not perfextly balanced (which is near impossible to level because of the awkward panel shapes) 😂 nice Sony
I think yeah this does help, but really did it was that you tilted and flipped the console into different positions where the liquid metal on the processor re-shifted and re-coated the dry spots that were created from the liquid metal sliding more in one direction and not the other
Could it also be the power supply?
Not likely.
if anyone is wondering I just tried this and it worked, I couldn’t find the solution until I followed what he said and my ps5 hasn’t had a shutoff yet
Around 10 minutes into any ps5 game the power cord area was completely hot. 2 hours into a ps4 game and it’s hardly even warm 🤔
I will try this trick and get back to you

my strap broke i wast trying to put it back on and it’s connected by such a tiny piece

It’s because right controller should be pushed counterclockwise, but left one clockwise, there is small arrow there show which way you need to turn in order to lock, hence in orders to unlock you need to turn in opposite direction.
The straps don’t working anyway. My strap broke off while I was trying to stab something in re8. Controller went flying 😂😂😂
