If you are seeing that error, it may be a compatibility issue. Are you working in an older version of Excel? Change the IFNA function to IFERROR instead. Let me know if this fixes the problem.

Where are you located? Depending on your location, your version of Excel may require you to use semicolons instead of commas. Give it a try. It might help.

Figured I’d add context. I still have the original “habitlist” but I expanded and renamed “updated”. I updated all the rows to fit and all the references to updated. Just when I updated those 3 calculations spill happens

Are you asking about the 2 in the VLOOKUP function? This causes the VLOOKUP function to return the value from the second column in the Events table.

To change the times to military time, select the time cells (B2:E8), then click the more formats button (123), select custom date and time, then choose the time format you want. I believe there should be a military time format you can select. And if not, you can always build it via the box on top. Finally, click Apply. I hope this helps.

So if you don't have access to the HSTACK function, there is a workaround. You need to reference the cells one by one. For example, the formula in cell C5 on the Calculations worksheet would be the following: =JAN!AI4

If you complete the full tutorial, then changing the year selection should automatically change which events show up on the calendar itself. For example, if you change the year from 2024 to 2025, the calendar should also update to show only the 2025 events.

How interesting! Where are you located? Is English the first language there? That could potentially be the issue.

@@spreadsheetlife What I meant was, instead of getting a green colour in the last column of sheet 1(that is, the "remaining percent" column), I am having an orange colour. I placed the formula just as you showed in the video. I would appreciate it if you could help. Thank you.

@@spreadsheetlife If people complete a form and only some of the information is for the public to access, I guess I'd have to make a new sheet with only the public information in the cells and create a search button for those cells. Let's say it is a chamber of commerce directory and the public needs access to it. Thanks

Yes, that's one way to do it. If you wanted to make everything a little more automatic, you could write a formula that only captures the public data from the source data. Then setup the search formula on only that data. It's more of an advanced solution, but it is possible.

This error could mean one of two things. 1 - The column is not large enough to display the date. To fix, expand the column width. 2 - You have negative date values. To fix, ensure that there are no negative date values.
