I may be as old as Halo 3, but these games are intensly important to me. My first playthrough of the trilogy is cherished, and any reminder is nostalgic.

@Cyborg645-io7sq @Zenek7274 Halo just has that sort of ambience in its soundtrack and great gameplay to go along with it, making it a huge part of our gaming lives. Therefore, making it super nostalgic after a few years.

@invschematics It does make sense that it can be soothing simply because it is slower and the mastering is slightly faded.

I grew up playing Minecraft and Terraria more than any other game so the soundtracks hold a very special place in my heart. I know that other people feel the same way and I wanted to connect them through these videos, considering my channel’s most popular content is Minecraft. the game in general just has a completely different feel from terraria

I disagree personally this feels super nostalgic. Minecraft has a chill vibe but Terraria ost feels more like breaking stuff, Killin stuff, discovering secrets and items. Feels bustling and adventurous with the perfect hint of mystery

Whats wrong with the Minecraft Treatment? To me it just means that a game was your childhood, a time when things were simpler and easier.

@@apolloisnotashirt It just doesn't hit as deep even if you play it in your childhood (just my personal opinion, since that's what I experienced as well)

@xcaedes I agree that Terraria is not on the same level of nostalgia as Minecraft is. However, they were released in the same year and played by many, many people. A lot of people, like me, played both games as children and as you probably could tell, most of my views come from Minecraft, so connecting the two audiences would connect people with the same background. I thought this was a good decision to build a community of people and have great, civil discussions like this comment section. From most of my feedback people seem to say it advances the nostalgic aspect, but I have heard a lot of negative feedback as well.
