Noise persists from 4AM through 8PM, 8 months a year.
This problem will intensify if left unaddressed.
New legislation/procedure urgently needed, recourse made available to public.
I can hear this through the window, let alone in the garden.
Im forced to wear ear muffs in bed.
Actions taken:
The birds reside on land managed by a military school.
For a matter unrelated to the birds, In 2021 I phoned school and was forwarded to Mr. “NC”; I informed him of trees that were encroaching/damaging a garden fence - this was promptly fixed.
