How can we get the tshirt template?

So I followed this through and Idk if I’m missing something 😅. When I Go to send after my test cut it doesn’t cut anything but does my test cut just fine? If I press cut or cut edge on the carriage 1 i get jibberish lettering on my vinyl… 😢

Im able to cut words ect but not letting me cut my picture? Its only cutting straite line.. Frustrating

I know this video is 2 years old, but it was immensely helpful! How do you get the ruler to show up on the app. Also, what's the best vinyl to get that is a bit lower stickiness so I can pull it off. My use case is to make stencils that I can then stick to an object I'm going to paint and then take the vinyl off that I painted over leaving what was below. Thank you!

When I try to add easy weed it won’t save my default for it. It says easy weed setting not found. I don’t know what to do

I don't ever adjust my settings, I use default settings without a problem.
