Hi everyone ! After delivering my first baby, I've spent 42 days in Happy Mom Postnatal Care for my confinement period. I'm so thankful for all the care and guidance given throughout my stay, as I didn''t have much to expect being a first time mom 😛 In this vlog, I will be sharing how my days were spent in the confinement centre (meals, activities, breastfeeding, bonding etc) Hope you enjoy the video and feel free to share your postpartum journey with us in the comment section below !

Hi everyone ! I'm making some last minute preparations and packing my bag for hospital confinement centre stay in my 37th week of pregnancy.
