How much to rebuild
@@icytrapjesusone5638 I don't remember, you can call and ask. The large expense would be shipping if you don't gave a local schop to rebuild them
What size lift is on it
@@CamargoEdits it's adjustable but set to 2.5"
How long you had em before they started leaking ?
@@JamaicanPapii that's the big issue I have with them, maybe 15k.
Where exactly did you get this set up? I can't find any icon suspension with the front shocks reservoir
@@ishizismael1 yeah Icon doesn't offer it. However if you want reservoirs, king, fox and carli offer them. For my icons, I called SDHQ and asked to add them. I gave SDHQ a measurement for the hose then ordered brackets from king. If you want the measurement let me know.
I wouldn't what to do if i saw someone using flex tools. I would rather see someone using Ryobi, Rigid, or Kobalt
@@azael831 well my fried, Flex makes an exceptional tool, leagues better then those you mentioned.
I was all in on Flex until the had the battery shit themselves in my tool bag. Returned to Lowe’s and went back to Dewalt.
@@Wheelhouseprojects did you try getting the battery replaced by warranty?
Where did you get icons with the reservoir? I can only find the non reservoir shock package
They don't offer them with the reservoirs. When I sent mine out to SDHQ for the first rebuild I had them change the valving and add the reses. The brackets are from king. So your options are call sdhq and order the build or get a set from King, Fox or Carli. Hope that helps
No this is a lie by a uneducated person. The police in America practice British common law not the natural common law of the constitution. This makes them ALL bad period. We fought and died to push the king and british common law into the sea. Bristish common law is for degenerate slaves. SOmeone tell me how british common law came back into our nation, his name was Abe the one you are taught to worship and sits on a throne
way more bad eggs than good eggs
Every time i see him talking to a woman it reminds me of the old Fox News bit of " Fair & Balanced " where they let a deranged rightwinger spew nonsense and then they have a token liberal who plays into everything the nutcase just said as if he was correct!!! Look, i get it he is a scared little man who's afraid to debate an actual woman advocate!!! I saw the 1 video where he did talk with a true woman's advocate, and she handed him his_ss , and he has never done that again !!!
That voice though
I don't know what the heck she's talking about,,,,, but she looks like a liberal 60s hippie, that's upset that buds got busted for weed!!!
Some areas have more “bad eggs” than you care to admit. Look up first amendment audit.
More bad than good officers now.
Its called accountability
Did you want to say Failed accountability 😅
I think maybe there is a lot of truth, that some of these bad ones are very good at war, and fighting, but not so good at peace and women in the military. That doesn’t help women and I’m not sure there is a good answer, but I may be right.
yep
The good ones covering for the bad ones makes them also bad ones
You wonder how many engines could have been saved from going to the junkyard from all the sludge build up in the intake valve resulting in loss of compression , if folks would have known about these years ago
I think it's a mistake to use an electric grinder. It destroys the temper of the hardened steel.
Fair point, however I don't think it gets hot enough to effect temper.
His name is maverick
Whats that part sticking out right behind the blade?
Riving knife. Prevents a lot of kickback scenarios when the wood tips into the back of the blade.
Thanks! Have the exact same mower🙏🏿
How old are these? I just picked up a blue right angle drill from an old man for 40€ just now. Mint condition. Great it can use the newer batteries.
Early 2000's and yes new Ryobi 18v batteries work in all their old drills, not the 40v batteries
Безумно харизматичная вещь! Особенно потрепанность от времени придаёт ему только больший шарм!
The bateries of 4ah work with them?
The ah doesn't matter. All 18v One+ batteries work
Not a bees hive genius
Those ain't bees
They aint bees
Not bees. Wasps.
Those arent bees, they are paper wasps.
Nice stop sign
them aint beeez son....them is hornets....lol hillbilly
Mine is junk, it is almost impossible to open. I sent it back to get it fixed and it came back just as bad. Very dissatisfied, I have about 5 of their knives including the fixed blade version of this. I'll never buy another knife from them.
Promo-SM
Thats a really good deal for a solid grinder. Already have it myself even tho im mostly dewalt. I feel like it should come with a 6ah stacked or an 8ah but for 99 you can't complain
I have been a Dewalt guy forever. However i have been assembling the best tools for the $$.Dewalt atomc impact driver and wrench /w PS bat. Milwaukee M18 nailers and Flex circular saws, now the grinder. Flex saws smoke the competition and the battery chargers are ridiculously. I bought the flex 7 1/4 sidewinder w/10A stacked L for $125. Its got the power of the dewalt flex V with double the run time.
@@Local_Construction damn better then i got the flex cirx saw with 10ah. I found on clearance for 200. I am selling the circ saw tho as it is a minimal use tool for me. I have the flexvolt rear handle but i barely use it anyway. Now metal circ saws i use a lot and of course grinders. Flexvolt grinder can not be beat
Still have several old blue Ryobi tools and when my dad went to Home Depot to get a new Ryobi drill that came with the new gen batteries, the employee told us that all the new Ryobi batteries will work on the old tools. That was a great move by Ryobi. Its crazy to see so many people still use the old blue Ryobi tools. I think Ryobi had that in the back of their heads thinking "I bet their is still alot of our customers that have the old tools still in use."
Flex has to pay dewalt for use of stacked batteries
I have a couple of the blue ryobi 18v tools, drill driver and jigsaw. I'm glad the newer One+ Lithium batteries plug straight into them. Most of my Ryobi 18v tools are green
promo sm 🙈
I kinda need the 16ga and the narrow stapler. I do not use them a lot, but they are useful when in need.
Some like the 16g nailer, personally I skip the 16g and use the 18g and 15g. Dewalts roofing nailer is on my list. Unfortunately I still use air when doing cabinetry, the battery powered stuff is still too big and doesn't fit into alot of places.
Fantastic knife! Better than the much newer Inazuma No Ken IMHO.
Why?
After watching the video I finally figured how to deploy it easier. Thanks! You just got to push up and follow the grove.
i absolutely love my Hissatsu. it's not a working knife for me, it's purely there for when my mouth and my hands can't keep danger at bay. in aikido the vast majority of techniques we practice apply to unarmed or holding a knife or sword, i don't have to consciously remind myself i'm carrying a knife when it's in my hand. and once you get comfortable with the action on the opening and a palm turn the handling is really excellent. most people that see me take it out take a few steps back immediately. my only trick or tip for using the HIssatsu is that to open the blade with that metal disk at your thumb? people often struggle with it and find it tricky so i suggest next time you try, don't think about trying to push the blade out sideways - put your thumb on the disk there and push your thumb forward like you're trying to roll it forward. kind of like when you use a zippo lighter but forward instead of downward. that makes it require much less force and is extremely reliable. at least for me! glad to find another fan, i haven't found anything i prefer. practice the open/close but also practice moving the knife in your palm in a 180 so it ends up in your closed fist with the blade extending off to the right (if you're right-handed) and the cutting edge facing outwards. that sets you up for just passively benefiting by holding it when you use your hands. irimi nage suddenly gets real. <3
Love this knife. I wish you could see how worn it is, but still a beast. I feel safe knowing I have reliable "tool" Tool meaning thoughtfully designed self defense weapon. I have a couple.
Old vid. I've carried the Hissatsu for about 5 years. Being a Martial artist for 30+yrs. And many tradional Dojo. Williams Sensei is more than accomplished. He's many schools around the world. My wife carries a Heiho, plus all my girl's. I'm a Benchmade fan and CRKT collector, best steal for the money.....
Good vid. I was looking for a kwaiken style of knife recently and ran across mostly the Boker versions. I was almost ready to pull the trigger when I ran across this Hissatsu which cost less than half the Bokers, and it's auto assist. I also like Emersons so I'll be perfectly happy in using the Hissatsu thumb disk. One of the first things I'm going to do when I get the knife is remove that Auto-Lawk feature. I don't anticipate needing it, and it's a nuisance. I've done this to two other CRKT knives, the M16 and it's little brother.
Tanto just means short blade in Japanese. The tanto styles most people are familiar with are the Americanized versions (think cold steel). The hissatsu's tip (kisaki) is closer in design to the original tanto tips, so technically not a hybrid.
i love videos like yours!
Awesome, glad you liked it. I have more coming jut been slow to produce.
A pair of good looking boots, they look well made too. If the insole is a problem you can always swap them. Walmart sales a really good pair of Herman Survivor Made in USA insoles. 👍 Nice review!
Hey thanks for the feedback.
Nice knife, honest review👍
Thanks, I have a more knife reviews in the works.
