Verdadeira obra de arte Grande profissional
beautifully
it's nice
What types of that screw ?

Very interesting I guess it was a bit complex to create all the sequences for the manipulator
I have divided manipulator steps into 8 tasks: 1. pick and place the product (infeed). 2. pick and place the sheet (infeed). 3. pick and place the pallet (infeed). 4. pick and place the product (outfeed). 5. pick and place the sheet (outfeed). 6. pick and place the pallet (outfeed). 7. safe move up 8. go to home position. Before starting any of these the tasks, I check what is the current position and according to this position I go to "safe position" and then just move to first target point. If someone stops manipulator while moving, f.e. by Z axis, then I jump to an other step and when the manipulator starts, I move by X axis and only then by Z axis... At first I thought I can write all these tasks in ~2 days, but when I started... it took 5 days 😅
@@mindaugasv85 Wow ..... I hope you didn't program in ladder
I always program in ladder 😉
Good job😃
Super Job, Bro!!!! Very interesting!!!
Ladder only (for delta plc)
Nice video can you upload plc and hmi program ?
Show lindo trabalho de primeira qualidade
Nice
It's ok with cooling for our climate zone - no issues. The requirements are calculated for max enviroment temperature, for fully load VFD (max currennt), for long continuos running. For really I never had VFD overheating alarm in any project 😉 I add labels just on those wires where it's complicated to replace bad component without wire labels (f.e. vfd control signals). All others are just wasting of resources. Stop playing this "mouse games" when trying to find the issues. If you will pay attention to components labels, you will find components are in groups, f.e. power line 1F1-1DK1-1X1. Control switch 1Sa1.
Great to see you back on RUclips! Was gutted when your videos disappeared!
Very clean and professional work.Bravo
Nicer , in which country this factory located ?
Lithuania (EU), Earth, Solar system, Milky way galaxy, Universe (no name) 😉😂
congratulations! As always, good explanation with great examples. I don't want to be boring, but if you have an example of a temperature PID with a recipe, I would really appreciate it. I intend to automate a laminated glass oven. Thanks!! forgive the English, I'm Brazilian and I'm using a translator.
I have never did PID with Delta PLC, only with Siemens. But if you have an option to select, use AS series PLC, not DVP - I have heard DVP series PLC has some bugs on some PID types (this information also is old, so maybe bugs have been fixed). P.S. you can write in any language - there's a translate button so I will understand 😉
More!Sir, more videos about PLC programming:)
I was searching a lot for your old channel I was enjoying your old videos❤
What software do you use for designing? Could you share the design process?
does delta have modifications with the ability to program on structured text?
Depends on PLC (some of them has) and software. You can test - software is free. WPLsoft (don't recommen to use this...), ISPsoft (for PLC) or DIAstudio (all in one, like TIA portal). For DIA studio you need to register but it is still free.
I hope if you can explain wiring
Nice movie, as always😃👍
Nice work 😊
Thanks 😄
Good work bro
😍👍
good nice ❤
Thanks ✌
Green and Yellow colors are not allowed for wiring inside cabinets. Geen/Yellow is for PE/EARTH wire in Europe.
Don't panic - it's GROUNDED 0VDC 5:24
It's not allowed to use metal screws inside the cable conducts. You must use plastic or nylon. NORM EN60204.
Can you please show me where in internatiol standard they are writing about this? I doubt very much that this was discussed in this standard. Another thing, the standard is constantly being updated, sometimes there are stupid requirements in it, which are then withdrawn or rephrased. While talking about wire colors, the standard is very old and dumb: they just separated high voltage (black) from safe voltage (blue) and possible voltage when machine is powered off (orange). Also ground (G+Y). But these color standard is very old and in many situations are not helpful. Many companies produce control panels by their own wire color standards (I periodically check this while I see new machines in the factories). I have my own standard too, which is very helpful for debuging or expanding the system: L - black, N - blue, PE - gy. 24VDC - red, 0VDC - green. 24VDC from safety device (relay or contactor) - purple. 24V signala: pnp type - white, npn type - grey. Dry contacts (interlock) - orange. Other control voltage levels - brown, f.e. in 5VDC system, analog voltage signal and so on... So technically I am close to IEC standard. The different is in control (safe!) voltage part. And I am adding labels inside the control panel about the wires colors.
Hello, the drawings are useless for you - it's non standard machine + production line. There's no reason to share it 😉
@@mindaugasv85 I would just like to study it, I'm a beginner.
@@mindaugasv85Even if it's not standard, I could also appriciate if you upload them. As a begginer it's good to see useful techniques 😉
Nice job dude, please keep it up
I love your movies😍
Thanks!
I have been designing, wiring and writing software for control panels for 30+ years. Self tapping screws - fast, easy, cheap but not professional. Drill tap always the best route. No wire ID. Good luck fault finding this one. Component ID on device. What if device is changed? Low voltage directive states component IDs not on device or on trunking lid. Not sure if Wago terminals, looks like a cheap alternative. No attempt at segregation between ELV and mains voltage. Where was the electrical safety test? Looks like it was just turned on and hope it doesn't catch fire.
Thank you for your profesional opinion! It looks like you stuck in 90s with your standards 😁
Hello, what happened with your previous videos? I have been watching your channel for a long time and I remember other videos you had that were very good
Old channel has been deleted. I have uploaded only few old videos - I don't have more ☹️ Also for some "political" reasons I can't upload everything.... Even now I have many video data but just can't share in public 😬
Sveiki. Ar tik surinkinėjate ar ir projektuojate?
Labas. Dirbu vienas. Pilnai visa automatika: projektavimas, surinkimas, instaliavimas, programavimas
Ačiū uz video . Kokius mokslus esat baiges ? ka teko studijuoti ? kur papildomai mokindavotes ? RUclips ? Knygos ?
Kauno kolegija.
@@mindaugasv85 Super . Ačiū už info 👊
Ačiū už idomu video 👊
After a long time I found your channel again!! Greetings from Argentina
Sveiki! Jeskau darbo automatikos skydu surinkimo sferoj . Gal jums reikia pagalbos?
Labas.
NICE WORK
Nice machine. Did you solve the issue with the horizontal motor and brake resistor overheating?
It is not overheating - it's just hot 🙂 But the customer is going to replace the motor+drive, I think it will be 1kW.
Another nice video. Are the servos canopen controlled? I have noticed kinco hmi, which you assembled in few control boxes. What do you think about them? Could you compare them to Delta or Weintek?
Yes, servo on canopen. These Kinco HMIs are from old control panels, they are about 10 years old. So I am using old Kinco HMIware soft. I think Kinco HMIs are high quality, never had them failed. I have used maybe about 40-50 these HMI. Only 2 were mechanically broken. If I would compare Delta DOP100 series, the soft of Delta is more user friendly. But Kinco is cheaper 😉
Welcome back Midaugas, I have been lookig for your movies😄
❤❤❤❤ nice
