I am watching from Sydney, Australia. My favourite potato recipes are variations of mashed potato, infused with dill, or taragon, or wholegrain (seeded) mustard, or garlic...the list goes on. Your videos aren't too long; many comparable cooking channels here on YT publish much longer videos and people don't seem to mind.
