This is the hack in version, us old timers will scribe everything in, making it simple for installation.. Once scribed, glue it up and throw vinyl down, roll it out and weld it up.

Pouring primer works good on non porous surfaces. If it's porous don't be surprised when it soaks into the cement before you get to it lol
