Thanks for the idea. Bologna is best fried and when I’ve wanted biscuits and gravy, I wouldn’t have sausage or bacon. But usually had bologna or ham now that I think about it.

Air fryer is not a bad way to cook em at all. I prefer a skillet but it’s definitely messier. Sometimes I even butterfly em down like a breakfast sausage and sear them real good on the flat side! Try it out! So good if you like that crispiness. Anything but boiled is good in my book. Grill em, cook em in a skillet, air fry em… hell deep fry em if you so please lol. Just don’t boil a hot dog please people.
