As a custodian and stripping floors for over 10 plus years using a towel should only be used in my opinion in more smaller areas. Not only that you used too much finish for that towel. Those bubbles there will have to be fixed otherwise, you will have to redo the job from the start again.
As a custodian its unacceptable using a rag.i been stripping n waxing 22 years never seen a rag but guaw guaw
