Hi! We're LIZ + LINA, a married couple from two different countries. Liz is American and Lina is Swedish.
This channel is all about our life. What we do. Where we go. How we think. Who we are. And how we feel about all different kinds of things. It’s about learning and discovering how to live life to the fullest, on our terms. A life full of celebration and adventure, creativity and coziness. It’s even about the things that we struggle with and how we try to slow down and stay connected to ourselves, to each other, and the world. We laugh a lot. Get pretty silly. And hope that somewhere, in all of our conversations and videos, we just might sprinkle a little joy and light and magic out into the world.

Modigt att berätta ♡ Du har säkert redan kollat upp lite sånt, men jag kan varmt rekommendera podcasts som FoodPsych och Anorlexia. Bara att lyssna på folk som blivit friska och FRIA hjälpte mig mycket när jag behövde få stöd i att komma vidare efter att målvikten var nådd. Och när jag har en svacka i ätstörningen så hjälper det mig ändå genom att jag har ett tydligt mål "sådär vill jag tänka/må"
Tack och tack så mycket för dina tips, ska kolla upp dem! Blir liksom aldrig för trött på att höra på andra som gjort en liknande resa och är idag friska/fria!
