Donizetti's L'Elisir d'Amore 2005 Vienna State Opera production directed by Otto Schenk, with Alfred Eschwe conducting. It is difficult to imagine a more tenderly sung 'Una furtiva lacrima' (and here the audience obviously agrees, demanding an encore!) than Villazón offers

Hands down one of THE BEST Christmas specials EVER presented on TV!!! Thank you for posting this! They didn't even put all of this into the original airing. I have it recorded on a VHS tape! Hahaaaaa!😆 But again, I LOVE it so. Now I look for clips for it on RUclips because you can't buy it.
