Thanks guys. This is one of my faves. Besides the rest factor, this song is also a focus factor for me. It gives me permission to fins rest from the things of this world that are fruitless and to seek and focus in on the Life that is worth the loss of mine.

Thanks Caleb and Adam. Your efforts to encourage us are much appreciated. I sleep well and that goes a long way! But my rest in Him is more important, and to me that relates to Matthew 11:28-30 "Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.” I only take upon myself that which He leads me to. I say no to the things that appeal to my flesh and my pride. And I wake up in the morning and say, "Lord, here I am, use me for your glory. I surrender to you." He refreshes my soul and I am able to rise up as on wings of eagles.

John and I have enjoyed our extra rest together post work hours. Since now we are no longer dancing 4 nights a week. And our increasingly shared knowledge of the Word. Which we listen to as we work and share meals.

I really like this idea of going over the songs we sing at church. I really appreciate the variety of songs we perform and the meaning behind all of them. I hope you all are doing well! I hope to be back together sooner rather than later.
