Overnight is when I loop a subliminal or a sub playlist all night, I’d only recommend this if your constantly hydrated throughout the day and if your are not prone to headaches. 2. Yes, I always recommend meditation alongside listening to Subliminals. I have aphantasia so i cant exactly say for certain weather mediation will enhance visualization but it is actually a myth- what i mean by that is you dont need visualization to manifest, sure it can help but if your someone who just cant you just need to focus on your emotions and try to think of how you would feel at the end when you have what you want. Will you feel confident? Things like that, and try to feel those emotions more often. Emotions are a big thing when manifesting at least in my experience. But to answer your question- other people have found mediation to help with visualizing. 3. I see angel numbers, they are like guidance usually like 222, 333 or 444 are the ones i see often. It is basically repeating numbers that you see frequently, I look up the meanings online and it can offer insight. Another thing is you see more things that correlate to your desires, so if you have Pinterest you might seem more intelligence/book work posts on there. Or if your listening to a subliminal that changes your physical appearance, you might notice that you are more confident about that body feature before it actually changes this is because you are aligning with the universe- You feel it before it comes its like a little nudge to keep listening! 4. There’s not a mandatory time, You just have to listen to it consistently- but like every sub maker says the more you listen the faster it happens. That being said i honestly think its more like meditation, its not about how long you meditate for its about consistency. So like the meditation you want to listen to it consistently like every day- you see more results this way because think of it like this. If you stop to mediate for 30 minutes BUT you only meditate once a week you wont improve fast, so its about doing it everyday even if its just for 5 minutes a day. It’s the same with subliminals- That being said i try my best to listen to this sub atleast 3 times a day but it really doesnt matter as long as you stay consistent to the subliminal and listen at least once a day.

I put the affirmations exactly like a Diary Entry as some people in the manifestation community were talking about scripting so I Was curious about how it would be like to convert it into an affirmation thats repeated several times. It goes like, Dear Diary, Life is getting good again. I love being me and I’ve never been more happier. I know it sounds silly, but I’m so happy I cant stop smiling. Not only that but my happiness is so contagious, everyone in my family is so happy, Even my friends are happy. It feels like everyone around me is healing. Life is truly good. Everyday that goes by keeps getting better, It’s like I’m unaffected by negativity. Nothing has been able to ruin my day. It’s the strongest feeling, like life could throw anything at me and I’d still find a way to continuously thrive. I feel invincible, like I can do anything. This might sound crazy, but everyday I feel like the best version of myself- Like I’m me again, energetic and happy. I’m even excited to wake up in the mornings, like I’m ready to face the day head on without fear. (I wrote the affirmations like that because i was curious how my brain would react to the affirmations being presented in a different way, so i kind of think of this like a mini experiment. @@Pandaexpress09 no, I’m also bad at visualization which is why I listen to a recent subliminal of mine to get Hyperphantasia- But you don’t necessarily need to visualize with this subliminal. I believe if you continuously listen to a subliminal for a while then it’s bound to show results.

@@Pandaexpress09 you just have to continuously listen to the subliminal, Most people listen to it 3 times a day. I prefer 5, But I also meditate once a day as some people might feel resistant. I’m one of those ppl who have a hard time visualizing and I let that Put me in a negative mindset. So if you can I’d recommend meditating on the side for about 15 minutes a day as well. You don’t have to listen to anything when meditating and I have a calm version of this if u want to listen to that while u meditate that also helps. Mediation works as it calms down your Nervous system which Lowers cortisol the stress hormone in your body. So it lets you sort of reset your body for a bit. ((Sorry if this is confusing- just woke up)

There is such things as telepathy in the Spiritual community, I don’t know what you believe in but sometimes our guides/spirit guides or angels will send telepathic messages to us. This can be through numbers, synchronicity‘s or through songs/lyrics. I also believe I receive signs through songs as well. You can usually tell it’s a sign/telepathically by a certain feeling, like if the voice doesn’t sound like yours or it holds a different energy than your own. Sorry if This is confusing but even in spiritually it can be hard to explain complex things like telepathy. It honestly depends on the request and most often I dont, because I have a list of subliminals id like to do. If I were you Ik it sounds hurtful but I’d accept the fact that something might be going on, ONLY because it will hurt less if you find out it actually did happen. That’s why it’s important for me to practice self love and gratitude, I do this by journaling or staring into my eyes in the mirror while I say affirmations like “You are so pretty today” or just something kind to yourself, like affirmations if you keep repeating it your brain will accept it as true. And also don’t be so hard on yourself, we all are human and it’s totally normal to doubt ourselves so don’t lose hope. Storms will and always pass by, like our emotions 💜🫶 what’s important is you love yourself and remind yourself that you do once in awhile. Sending love your way 💜💜
