First off, I must admit, I had a heck of a time trying to understand most of this video. I had to watch, rewind and watch again. I tried turning on the closed captioning, but that was a garbled mess too because the wording was all auto-generated. This video needs to be transcribed professionally.

Were do we start , the truth for a start but police can't tell the truth can they ? Honesty but there's a better chance of winning the lottery three times in a week less thuggery but then what would these thugs do with them selves on a daily basis stop misusing section 43 of the terrorism act when we know theyre just but hurt and police must be prosecuted for their failings , put before a court and loose their pension, stop resignations when guilty and no pay on suspension

OK. BUT YOU MUST EDUCATE YOUR POLICE BEFORE RELEASING THEM ON THE PUBLIC. police action. and approach will cause crime. yet they are here to prevent crime what a counterproductive waste of time. ask a plumber what pipes and fittings you need? he will tell you. ask an electrician what wire goes where? he will tell you. ask a carpenter what type of wood and joints are needed? he will tell you. ask the police what law does that come under, nine out of ten would not have a clue.

Grunts only "train" for 12 weeks. That's 2 years 9 months short of a Trade and a Recognised University Degree in the chosen subject short of a Profession and yet these poorly trained, secondary school educated planks are let loose on the public, who pay their wages, knowing jack shit about basic law, have zero people skills and have no respect or regard for the oath they swore to uphold. We pay them as much as our NHS Nurses, School Teachers, Social Workers, Probation Officers and many other Public Service Employees, which the Police FArce is (or is supposed to be) that require a degree in their chosen employment. Moreover, the Police FArce do absolutely nothing for 99% of the time they are on our clock and we pension them off (in full) at age 60 with a very generous lump sum and a very generous index-linked monthly income. What the Police actually do in exchange for what they cost the taxpayer is an absolute rip off and always has been.

There's so many things I could say be have already been said. So I'll just say stop being a total disrespectful, dishonest and incompetent organisation that is an embarrassment to the British taxpayer. Perhaps if we had a system that had accountability for police officers like America, I doubt we'd have a lot of these problems to begin with.

I now live overseas but returned until Covid every year. During this time I've seen a huge deterioration in respect for the force. Sadly this is due to failure to attend crime, bullying and contemptuous behaviour towards the public, a complete lack of knowledge of the rights of citizens under the law or willingness to observe it. In the past experienced officers sought cooperation and got it, they knew how to obtain compliance without threats and had a huge understanding of how to investigate. Working as a police officer is like nursing and teaching a profession that requires a sense of duty and service. This is now lacking in the force.

Not to miss use section 50 section 43 section 5 and generally feel like you have the right to demand details without a crime, remember who pays your wages, treat the general public with respect and act professionally when the public ask you to identify, remember that ego doesn't have a place in Police investigation and stop believing a camera is a weapon of mass destruction.
