The next part of my bike journey down the Rhymney valley highlighting what the cycle route is like. This time the weather stayed dry.

This is the 3rd part of the journey from Rhymney to Ystrad Mynach and a look at the cycling conditions on the way, what bike paths there are and the general condition of them.

This is the 2nd part of my journey down the Rhymney valley on my bike to check out what the cycle route is like.

A quick look at the twisted chimney and the history of the Iron works in the area including Bute town. This is mainly about the cycle route going down the Rhymney valley and what it is like to cycle off the road away from traffic as much as possible.

The great potatoe harvest has come around again as i dig out those nuggets and do the final weigh in. The peas and broad beans that survived the slug apocolypse style attack are doing well and i am enjoying some nice fresh organically grown vegetables straight out of my own garden.

Latest breaking news on my vegetable garden, stuff has not been growing so well this year due to cooler summer temperatures plus there are a lot of hungry beasties out there.

More investigation of my adress by the goon squad according to their latest threat letters. Now the letters seem to be arriving on a regular monthly basis once more. Still LLF (Legally Licence Free) so no licence required.

This video concludes what was a really interesting trip to the Netherlands, what a great country it is. Everything works and is very well organised unlike the Uk which feels broken in comparison. Almost missed my flight due to sub zone confusion managed to find the right gate at the last minute.

Walking through the city centre and came across the funfair (Carnival) so recorded a bit of footage of it.

A tour of the pet shop/farmers union that i came across on my travels. Amazing what a large variety of goods they have in there.

There is an old Deutz Diesel motor in this wind mill which is a backup for when there is not enough wind to grind the corn. The gentleman working at the mill was kind enough to fire up this old Diesel motor for us and it worked great.

A view inside the old wind mill, unfortunately i was not recording for the parts higher up inside the wind mill so have included photos at the end of the video. Amish in a windmill !!!

An interesting visit to this old windmill dating back to 1890. This video is mainly of the outside and the small shop inside the mill. Watch out for the next video about the old diesel engine.
