I am very disapointed as this song was one of my favourites of Deadmau5. It is understandable that different songs may use same chords but FML's melody is definitely same as Protozoa's. Althought this may not be conscious plaginarism as top artists really listen to all possible music matching their own genre. Maybe Deadmau5 just thought he invented a good melody while the "invention" was just a memory from his subconcious. Thanks for the video!

dude do you realize how much of music today is just ripped from other shit? not everything is going to sound 100 percent unique, there is always going to be pieces of music that sounds like or is nearly the same as another, but its still in a new form and makes one part of a whole song much better

I don't know if you stole that sound bite or sampled it and I don't care. It was a three second clip. It's not that big a deal. Why don't these people go after someone who deserves it? Deadmau5 sucks anyway. I've never heard anything more generic and re-creatable in my life. It takes about 2 hours to remake a track of his on FL Studios 8.

Some similarity yes, but the melodies are not completely the same: the 3rd last note is of a different pitch (higher) in Deadmau5 track. Besides, the context is totally different.

The Kewlers one sounds so much better anyways, and then some deadmau5 shit is playing at clubs&radios.... eugh.
