Sir one more confusion my obc ncl central format certificate has issued on 12.06.23 which according to the central govt rule is valid upto 12.06.24 , so now I am not obc ncl category and it is very difficult to get obc ncl right now because my father's income has increased this year.When I filled up ta form or when pre exam and mains exam was conducted,that time I became obc NCL category and accoring to the notification it has told that OBC category candidate should submit the OBC certificate on format prescribed by Govt. of India, having “Non-Creamy Layer’’ clause issued during period 01.04.2023 to the date of taking up appointment, if selected.So shall I face any problem during dv ??
