It's a law we can get behind. 😉 Seriously, though, I visited Spain for 10 day. They have no nudity laws, but their _culture_ is that you only go topless or nude at the beach or pool. Not even half the women do, but it would be nice if we could do that in the US without everyone over-sexualizing it. Heck, little kids (~ 5 & under) even swam nude and no one cared and no creeps out there taking inappropriate pictures.

Hi , I know it's been awhile since you put this post (pole lol ) info up. Do you find that if the pole is stable, beginners or unskilled polers usually pull to hard on thier own home pole rather than push down which can loosen the pole ? Your video is very helpful. I haven't been on pole since 2017 since studio closed near me. Love your demo at the end, your an angel on pole!

I don't suppose you could describe the nut that you screw at the bottom (since that part isn't shown in the video)? I have one of these exact poles (its 50mm, with the same sleeve that slides, covering the bottom) and I can't remove it. I think the nut is stuck and I don't have the right tool or hand strength to loosen it. It's been installed for a few years and it won't budge, but I also can't remember how it was installed at this point. Please help if you can.

My pole is different for some reason spinning on it loosens the pole and it moves it doesn’t happen after a day but it happens when I use it a lot it also makes a popping sound
