I put a wireless MU controller on my DH4 and I was able to use the handheld remote as long as the DH4 is set as the controlling engine. That allows me to use the remote to control the DP consist. Today I decided to learn how to setup distributed power using the new gadgets added to Derail Valley: Simulator. I have an engine consist of two DE6's, a DH4, and a DE6 Slug that I split apart into two sections to try out the DP system. It took a little bit of trial and error to make the system work but I got it figured out in the end.

Today I continued playing Sea of Thieves with @SeanJAnimations. We did some voyages for the Order of Souls and even tried Hourglass PVP for the first time. Ultimately I am having a lot of fun playing this game. Watch live at www.twitch.tv/mclaren2009

I decided to do one more stream before I leave for a few months. I started in the Machine Factory switching cars around in the military base, then I brought a set of tanks and empty flat cars back to the Harbor military base. Today I continued working on my career in Derail Valley. I hauled a unit train full of acetylene from the Harbor to the Machine Factory, put the cars away, and refueled my engines. Today I decided to continue my career in Derail Valley. I brought two sets of steel rails down to the Harbor and got a train built to take acetylene to the Machine Factory where I should be able to buy the key to unlock the new electric shunting engine. I was playing Derail Valley and I encountered a problem where I had to run around a single car but I failed... So I resorted to some unusual methods... Oddly enough, it actually worked and I was able to push the car in the clear and then couple in to it from the other end... Sorry for the poor quality, I'm not sure what happened

Today I decided to stream Derail Valley again and I went from MF to SM with scrap. I did a little work in the yard on both ends and it would have been a very long day if I did that IRL. Today I decided to stream Derail Valley again. I finally used the slug for the first time in my engine consist, brought diesel fuel to CSW, and brought empty auto racks to MF. Today I decided to make a short update video on the current state of my current steam ship project. It turns out that steam engines do actually work and I just needed to add water between the fire box and the boiler. I can produce steam to move the ship but I need to fix the gearboxes in order to actually move the ship.

I did my first stream for a little while. I returned to the Harbor from CSW and brought some tankers with me. I also unlocked and picked up the DE6 Slug to add it to my engine consist for future jobs. I did a stream in which I used an S060 to unload a set of oil tankers from my previous stream. It did not go as well as I would like. I took a long time to complete the job and I failed to manually service the engine, but I somehow managed to get the time bonus.
