Just got the evo 13.5. Added live sand and made sea water with coral life Biocube sea salt. How long does it take for the tank to cycle until you can add fish and corals?

Hi Corey I stumbled upon your channel and loved the scape of this original system when it was upon your room. Is this the same scape? I was curious to see how it grew out. I tried to grow GSP on my back wall from the bottom with no luck. Two large pieces dies off in a month. Although my clowns did not like it and kept burying it in sand. Going to try again and start them on a frag rack halfway up on the back until it takes hold

Would love to see an update of this tank today and how your monitora grown out. I wish I could grow GSP.

Hi, what pump are you using? I have just bought the same tank off somebody but the pump is very noisy, any tips of decent pump and connections if yours runs relatively silent?

Hello, I see that you used a filter from the Juwel set. how does it work? Can I get Life Bio Fil from Aquael there?

Yes corals needs some nitrate . The lid is best because a net lid promote evaporation which can raise you salinity daily and will have to top off fresh water .pink alage is awesome it means you tamk is stable and muture .try not to stir up youre sand beed to deep the can cause a unstable environment

Looks like fluval is not one to believe in media baskets! Sure, the can contains a few media baskets but their capacity is less than desirable.

Is your fish possibly glass surfing ? He looks quite relaxed , but it is a sign of stress . Tank looks lovely , but a very large piece of hard scape and few plants - curious to know how it goes long term . ( betta is beautiful!)

I brought the all ponds thinking they are cheap but the watts they use compared to fluval is ridiculous I’m I’m currently replacing all my externals

Very nice sometimes the nitrates go low and then spike with light temp and how many fish you have and how you feed

There's no need to remove the lower lens housing for general cleaning. Otherwise, a good tutorial.

Keep an eye on the magnet on the TMC wavemaker, mine split and rusted.
