You have to have a melle weapon equipped. And when you jump you gotta block, (which in this game teleports you slightly forward). If you time your jump so you land right where the terrain changes in front of this spot you teleport through the wall. 😁👍

So I just used the method showed, got under the map (1000 trys later) and went to the spot the chest is located but for me it's not there. Did Bethesda move it with the latest update they made?
