Great stream Ryan and the co-host (guests). 🙂 I like the alternate skull head. The bodyframe is creepy in a cool way. However Krankle is the best, love that head sculpt.

I’ve been trying to cut down lately on buying toys and especially toy kickstarters and it hasn’t been easy (except Shart’s, that was way easy to skip). Even though I liked Cursed Dead I decided not to kickstart it. After watching the podcast and getting to know Adam and Phil a little I have definitely changed my mind. Not only do I like the Kickstarter but I like the guys behind it and really want to see them succeed. Thank you for having them on Ryan and Bobby!

I guess if you are just buying one, that repetitive use of the base body is okay, but I'm not feeling these. In an age where I can just print my own head sculps and accessories, I rely on Companies to make good diverse articulated bodies that I can't. This doesn't hit the mark unfortunately.

3POA gets hate from shills and their fans, but just like they did with Shart and other companies, here they are supporting and showing off more Kickstarters and more toy likes for us fans. We appreciate the great job you all do!

Ryan, every time I see that clip of Tony reaching behind himself and knocking down his toys I crack up. I remember watching that episode and just dying laughing and yours and Bobby's reaction was so genuine and funny itself because I know y'all were totally not expecting that and it just makes me giggle every time I see it. And I know Tony was fighting back laughing himself so I love watching that interaction. Between the three of y'all. There's something about the chemistry there with you then. Bobby and Tony and Chad that this kind of fun to watch

I like them a lot. They still feel like they are a little high in price. I hear all your arguments about costs but still. There’s just too much other stuff out there. Very cool tho.

I gotta say, about Reddit, a lot of groups are cesspools of toxicity, especially the action figure subs. But I recently joined Reddit, solely for the Sailor Moon Subreddit, and it's been some of the most wholesome interactions I've had with anyone on the internet ever. Also helps the Sailor Moon fandom is fairly unanimous with its stance on the IP.

The _M-SHE-U Legends_ White Widow had 16 accessories (including A jenky figure stand). It had "new" tooling at the time and was $35.. Thus, "Max" Spidey and his 90% garbage accessories (w/ no figure stand) should be $40 tops! & They can't say _its nelwy tooled, so it cost more._ That's ridiculous! When almost one-third of the MCU figures have/ had new tools. That shouldn't affect the price. It's similar to Dwight saying; _"This is just an Iron Man repaint figure so no price increase here."_ Which is laughable! But, If [they think] they can just say _"New tooling"_ and it immediately means A price increase, that's akin to Hasbro's version of using MK Ultra merchandising on customers (although, I probably shouldn't put it past them).

Great show man! This idea of “Maximum Series” (I guess too many toy lines are using “Ultimate” lol?) is interesting and could be very cool if priced as well as executed correctly. For example I would be pumped if they did a Punisher with a full load out of new weapons, a duffel bag, weapon bench/rack, etc but done in the art styling of Tim Bradstreet from the MAX comics. To the best of my memory, the “closest” we got to a Bradstreet Punisher was the old Hasbro 12in Icon Series one they did shortly after acquiring Toybiz. I also couldn’t agree more on Hasbro needing to do Rivals figures. They might be a bit gunshy since they hitched their wagon to that awful Avengers game with 2 waves of support + exclusives…but the obvious difference is Rivals is actually a good game lol. To that end, I was just playing that game with my oldest son who is 12, this past weekend and it’s a blast. Similar to you and your boy, my oldest has grown out of action figures (I got him balls deep in Marvel Legends when he was younger and the MCU was great, he literally couldn’t get enough Legends figures back then lol) but my kid straight up asked me if Hasbro is doing any Rivals figures because if they did, he said he would want them all. He literally hasn’t asked me for a Marvel figure in over 2 years… Circling back to what you had mentioned previously about you and your boy on X-Men 97 figures/merch, it’s the CONTENT that really drives the figures. Good content and kids/adults alike will want merch for it all the same. We all seemingly know this, even if the companies may have forgotten this at times lol. If Hasbro wants to make some money, they need to start hammering out X97 and Rivals figures imo. This Maximum McFarlane Spidey looks good but I’m still pretty butt hurt over it not having a ball-jointed waist. It’s 2025 Dwight…cmon dude. Lastly, and I won’t belabor the point as you guys very accurately covered this on the show about how “mini-comics” is just another code for no BAF piece…but I think it’s even worse than that. This stupid gimmick is exactly the same as the TBS “carbonized” figures imo…its cool for like 3 seconds and than you stop and analyze it further and just shake your head at how meaningless it is lol. 🤘🏻
