Bueno, respeto su opinión, no se si para restaurante, pero yo la compro a unas personas q venden comida para party y ella las pone en la olla de presión modernas, ya con el agua caliente y les da solo 6 minutos y quedan espectacular, blanditas y son esas mismas, ahora si las quieres freír mira a ver el tiempo y después q esten blanditas las puedes freír y es más rápido.

Is there any link for the recipes? I'd love to try them. I'm from Peru. Most of the ingredients are very accessible where I live. We use these fruits and yuca for desserts and drinks mostly, but this is a very interesting and awesome twist!
