I would recommend UV Unrapping. Then you can make the label on the texture and have the glass underneath. There are a lot of tutorials on RUclips and it is hardly different for Blender with Octane.

Connect a projection node (for example box projection) to the procedural texture by plugging it into the projection connector. Then connect a transform value node to the xyz transform connector of the projection node. Now you can change the values in the transvorm value node and set keyframes. Hope this helps you!

As far as I know, this is relatively problematic. Because then one object is in front of the other and thus it also covers the other object in the Cryptomattes. Here you will probably get away with a layer mask. Apart from that, I can't think of anything else... Sorry
