@@RomonWrites Interference with other languages is bound to happen but you can work on your C1 for all the languages you speak. Not many people can do what you do. All the best!

Par exemple, quand je parle dans un milieu professionnel, les mots que j'emploie sont vraiment différents de ceux que j'utilise quand je parle en général. Franchement, ce que tu viens de me dire, c'est incroyable, un moment de pédagogie qui a bouleversé mes idées, dans un bon sens bien sûr. And again, what you said din't come off wrong at all. It's true. We also get physical sometimes when talking. (This is a trait seen among some Latinos as well)

You'll find that among ourselves we tend to speak much faster, which'll make understanding a bit difficult. Also, believe it or not, we have different accents (well... maybe not accents but ways of speaking, which also influence comprehension).

So far, I've met some people from Sénegal, where we share Wolof words, Ghana (where we share some words and culinary practices), and the list goes on (I don't remember all the encounters). However, It's always an incredible exchage!
