Appreciate the breakdown of information. However, respectfully, the flavor is not there. It smells like playdoh/crayons and when mixed with water tastes slightly less like it smells. Otherwise it does its purpose. Been on it about a week. I've lost more weight in that time than I have in 2 years. 5lbs. I'm willing to suffer through the taste because it's helping

@@lightman599 Ryse it better when it comes to vasodilation and pumps. Superhuman pump is gonna have more of a new tropic hit to it then Ryse. So it all depends on what you’re going after.

What about taking creatine around coffeine timings? I've seen someone review studies where coffee obliterated effects of creatine which can impply you shouldn't take it near coffee or pre-workout timings? Any info?
@@lutovac_nikola I wouldn’t put much thought into that information. A few studies found that caffeine may interfere with some creatine benefits during exercise, if taken prior to training. But there was no effects on the caffeine effects. Other studies found no interaction with the 2 what so ever. If you’re concerned, then I would recommend taking your creatine post workout.
@missiontomuscle Okay. I tend to drink 5-8 coffees during the day so I usually take creatine right before bed but would rather take it during the day if I'm 100% caffeine doesn't bother it.
@@lutovac_nikola Just make sure you are drinking plenty of water, because caffeine is a diuretic it can limit the cell swelling or cell volumization needed for a lot of its effects. It might be beneficial for you to take it following a work or exercise since there are going to be a lot of mechanisms in action to help shuttle the creatine into your cells at that time. I take a lot of caffeine myself at times through out the day and have never had any noticeable decreasing effects with creatine supplementation. Hope that helps brother.

I love creatine but my creatinine blood levels are high. I have tried reducing the dose and increasing hydration but my doctor recommends dropping creatine. I don't want to stop taking it. Any thoughts or recommendations?
Doctors also recommended smoking cigarettes back in the 50's for your health.
@@robertderby8508 high creatinine is normal for people taking creatine, people with high muscle mass, and people working out. I wouldn’t be worried if you don’t have any other health markers for liver or kidney issues

@@robertderby8508 Take a deep look at your training intensity. Doctors assume it’s the creatine but it can be within your training intensity and lack of recovery. But the only way to see if it’s the creatine is to stop it and see if your levels come out better without it. You can switch over to Peak02 and that should give you the ATP production you need that creatine might have been giving you.

I'm 28 going on 29 and i'm sick of looking at this spare tire around my waist ever since the covid pandemic hit I let myself go now that I live at a group home and don't have any transportation other than my feet i have walked sometimes and tried to eat healthy but feel discouraged sometimes because it just feels like i'm only getting fatter and with those stubborn sugar cravings it's only gotten harder to lose weight my doctor say's that I have type 2 diabetes and ever since I got it I only craved sugar even more I am sick and tired of how the food industry especially in the united States is all about being addicted to sugar and fat and junk I have lost a few pounds but eventually gain it back how do I stop this abusive cycle of craving sugar and start to look like I was in my early teens I have a feeling it won't be easy and I just have to suck it up and be a man about it

@@Brian-es9ni Great question 👍 Testosterone does help with higher ATP production, but mainly within the heart and brain. There are other benefits with creatine as far as the osmolyte regulation and the increase in mAPK. So it’s a personal choice. If you’re healthy there’s no harm in taking it for a month and seeing if there are any extra benefits for you personally.
