How did you get your screen to look so clean with just your folders showing and not the files list and thumbnail previews below ?
For the example we showed, there are no files in those folder which is why it looks "clean" and simplified. Hope that helps!

Very good video, the explain is very clear, good for small business. Organizing digital file is so important no matter for company or personal, but it seems there is not much content about it online. Thanks for sharing.
As someone who tends to over-complicate things, this organization structure is a no-brainer. Literally! I don't even have to think about what color to make these folders! Really cool video. I appreciate the time you guys spent to make and share it and I'm super pumped to use this in our business. Note: we own a roofing company and I'm 99% sure this will work for us so I'm not sure for whom this would be a good fit. Awesome stuff. New subscriber in the hoooouse
