Thanks for sharing, this is really interesting. I'm studying my BA Heritage Interior Design and did my dissertation on wellbeing in interiors. Many familiar themes here and so good to get insight from professionals working in the field. Another great book apart from the one mentioned (Alain de Botton - Architecture of Happiness) which I read and found very interesting, is Wellbeing in Interiors by Elina Grigoriou - an excellent resource for everything from lighting, acoustics, and biophilia to the philosophy of aesthetics, space planning and more!
