Catherine Anderson was diagnosed with idiopathic subglottic stenosis. She has not only done research for her own case, she created a support group on Facebook for others with SGS of any origin: injury during surgery, injury during intubation for COVID or other emergency conditions, or "idiopathic" as in her case -- cause unknown. A professional researcher, she has applied her research skills to learning about the condition and pooling the experiences of the patients who have found their way to the support group, thus helping to educate both patients and physicians about this condition.     Thank you for this video ! I am a polio survivor. I contacted polio in 1953. I do have post polio and have been having a lot of challenges walking. I thank you for the information. I am using a walker but I feel I am in need of getting a scooter. I was just able to use a cane and it seemed like it changed overnight. I have been very active and now noticing I have to slow down. It’s very hard for family and friends to understand. Thank you again for this video.
