I hate sweet potatoes came across some with no sell by date and had panic attack. I need to follow low sugar diet because of health concerns. Ill never eat mushrooms or sweet potatoes again. Im also a bit anorexic.

i did this, and it was burningg but it felt so good after. It was hard , but as for someone who had done pilates for almost 2 years it it was easier. If you are new to pilates then i rec not doing this, since its quite challenging. But amazing workout!
