What should I do if the throttle falls on its face at full wide open throttle from a slow roll or just starting off? Once moving at a decent speed it will run wide open

I'm trying to adjust a new carb on my granddaughters mini bike and not having much luck. Idles really high then drops off. And the throttle cable on the top of the carb moves to much.

And so when you removed the cable. Where does the hose goto that’s right beside it you have your over flow at the bottom then in middle is your gas line in but there is a 3rd one that’s towards the top of carb where does that goto

You have more control with the ssr because its tiny. The ssr also has more torque/power because of its smaller wheels. Its like comparing a yz65 to a ttr110. Obviously the smaller bike is going to be faster and more maneuverable. Ssr is good if you like small bikes the apollo is good if you like normal sized dirt bikes

Input one on my Colman ct200U mini bike with a 200cc Honda 6.5gx clone and it took me a while to get it adjusted but made a huge difference compared to the makuni i tried first. But it looks greet and runs great when you get it set up. Yeah then someone stole my bike from me so I got that going for me lol. The slide is beautiful right? Yeah bo PK or whatever the knock off it garbage.

Hey man so i got the same carb and when i tune it warmed up and itll run great but if i keep it where it was at and let it cool down i have to turn the red circle up so its rpm is higher but then when i let off the gas and pull the clutch in to downshift it revs extremely high and then will kinda go back to normal and then ill tune it lower and itll idle perfect warmed up again

you should 100% add a fuse from your Ridged adaptor to the control board.

Is haiurs or whatever the same as the carbhub? (The mikuni you got) They look identical but the haiurs comes with a red filter and is $6 cheaper

I just installed my nibbi carb on my 250cc Templar X Pro 4 stroke and I'm about to start it up so we will see where the idle screw and fuel screw helps.

I did this made no difference. I think for what I'm doing won't work I think this carbs to big. 5hp Honda clone on a mini bike, just kind of hobbled it together and got this carb. It had a lot of suggestions and they said it would work not quite sure why I have a dead spot I have adjusted every screw honor all the way up and all the way down makes no difference it's still idles very high with a dead spot on that throttle. I was thinking I wonder if I could restrict the intake a little bit of the carb because when I hold my hand over the carb with a slight gap it has power it has throttle response.i can't ride at and 😂 hold my hand there got to figure out a way to make it work.
