This is an attractive and delicious dish made with crispy chicken and a walnut sauce with pomegranate paste. This unique combination is incredibly tasty and delightful first, we clean the local chicken and fry it in plenty of oil. We season the chicken with various spices before frying. Once the chicken is golden, we add butter and reduce the heat so that the chicken can gently fry in the butter and oil. Next we saute walnuts with onions and spices, then add sweet pomegranate right con sis tency we serve it alongside the fried local chicken and rice. I hope you enjoy it!
