9:00, Stiff is not good for the posture, you relaxed into good posture.
10:30 The skeleton muscle, the stabilized muscles are built for the posture, not the big muscles, dancers get denser not bigger.
9:54, Developing good posture can be years.
9:25, You can't "FORCE" good posture.
1. Static mindset 2. Active mindset. 3. Persistence 4. Belief 5. Constant Improving
The different dance floor, harder or softer, danced with different legs and feet tone and strength for not getting injured or tired.
Be aware of the different style or figures of the dance are good for different body type.
Good connection, like the animal with 4 legs.
Move the core, the torso, so the bones and joined are in the right position to support our balance and control.
You'll will look twice as good with the half of the effort.
Know your technique, most technique is just healthy movement, the natural movement of the body.
Good dancers, effortless, elegant, powerful, sexy, energetic, continuous, flowing.....
