The 'Sabha Langar' at Fatehgarh Sahib is an integral part of the 'Shaheedi Sabha', a three-day annual religious congregation held in December to commemorate the martyrdom of the younger sons of Guru Gobind Singh, Sahibzada Zorawar Singh and Sahibzada Fateh Singh, along with their grandmother Mata Gujri.
During the Sabha, volunteers come together to organize the Langar, pooling grains, vegetables, milk, and other ingredients to prepare and serve free meals to the devotees and visitors.
