Cherry cake with cinnamon For the dough 85g/3os melted butter 140g/5oz flour Cinnamon 0.5 tsp 1 tsp baking powder 50g / 2oz sugar 1 egg 4 tbsp milk Cherries For the crust Flour 30g / 1oz Sugar 25g/ 1oz Butter 25g/1oz Cinnamon 0.5 tsp Heat the oven 180C, bake 30-35min, or until the skewer comes out dry.

I guess it's a universal recipe. 😮I use this recipe often too, using bacon or chicken breast instead of shrimp, I guess I'll have to try using shrimp too
