@wolfx9xd this is the only tail tutorial I did. Not many out there updated this, but if your VTuber was made in VRoidStudio you can ad a tail now.
What can you use now? 3 Tene?
3Tene is ok. But the closest thing to VUP right now would be Warudo which is close to VUP having similar tools but tricky due to the node system. XR Animator has fullbody tracking with just camera, but also a little tricky to use. Worth trying out and learn.
What app are you using to have full body track without Webcam ( and to connect to the phone?) I know one that is Vtube studio but there can do only face tracking 😢
When I had no camera, I mostly used VMagicMirror since it makes your model move slightly when you talk. If you plan to use your phone as a camera, I mostly use MeowFace, which works with VNyan, VSeeFace, and a couple others. It's for face tracking.
What do I do if all it gives me is a PNG?
You must find the right shirt, pants, or sweater. Then go to edit, add a layer, and import the PNG.
@@WinterNukeYT I stream the process so you can check the parts where I draw the PNG and add it. But some people on Booth do give you instructions on how to do it.

Does anyone have a tutorial for how to do this with index/vive trackers? I’ve only seen softwares/cheaper products, but I already have FBT on index!
There's a lot of tutorials for Vive trackers. You search "vtuber vive tracking." I tried something called VMC before for my oculus, but it requires monthly donations to support entire body tracking. Once you connect the trackers to that software, you can connect it to a vtuber software.

@shivangipriya4153 I don't think I show any effects besides the thumbnail. I use VRMPosingDesktop for thumbnails. Its not really for VTubing much. It's $5 in Steam, and some VTuber programs do have some effects, many are free to use but will require you play with how it works.

I can't really help on that. I only know how to do it through a 3D art software. I'm not really sure if there's an online place to do that.

I haven't tried doing VTuber models but I know FBX doesn't have bones. You will need to add them in yourself, then weight paint the model, create blendshapes for face, and then export it as VRM to test it out. It can be time consuming work.

Well I did mentioned 2 softwares that are almost close to doing the things VUP did at the end. This was made when those softwares popped up and I did made a tutorial of one. However they may not be as easy as VUP but the things they do are almost similar and unique.
Im sad vup's gone. I used to use it because the tracking was really expressive and no other free programs work as well honestly.. rip vup
@Ecliptic-P Yes, it was pretty unique. No other program seems to have walking controls inside environments.

Use Blender, I have a shorts of attaching Mario hat. Some VTuber programs allow assets to be imported too like Warudo.

How to download virtu?
Google "Virtu VTuber" and find a trusted download link like mediafire. The creator gave up on it so he deleted the download link.
I'm curious about vup, not yet try it out, but it is going to die out soon, too bad, hmhmhm...
Any other vtubing software beside those three? What about vrm posing desktop and 3Dposetracker? Are they good vtubing software?
vrm posing desktop is a posing software and recently received animation tools. Is not really VTubing but can work for VTubers to make thumbnails or cool photos. I never heard of 3D pose tracker but what I'm showing here are softwares that don't really need a camera for VTubing.
hello! i recently tried out xr animator. its great but my finger tracking does not send to vnyan. is there a way to fix this?
Are you using Media Pipe tracking in XR? That is the one that should work with full body. You should also keep a little distance from the camera.
I have the same issue. XR Animator shows my avatar being able to bend all the fingers according to my movement, but they do not transfer over to VNyan, with the exception of my thumbs. I don't know what went wrong and how to fix this. :(
@roxaroo that is odd. It works fine for me except on VMM. Have you tried restarting the software and checking that the tracking is Mediapipe? There's VMC setting in VNyan too that shows what to track and not to track.

You need to import a video of someone dancing. In the part where I show me posing like the PNGs it also works with mp4 videos.
