However, I'm struggling to prepare due to my limited background in medical laboratory science. In hindsight, I regret not registering for a categorical certification, specifically in Hematology, as it aligns better with my interests and strengths. Unfortunately, I lack a solid foundation in Hematology as well. I'm finding it challenging to prepare alone and fear I may not pass the exam. Thank you for pointing that out! I appreciate your keen observation. I mistakenly used "millimeters" instead of "micrometers" in the video. The correct measurement should indeed be in micrometers for both the megakaryocytes and the platelets. I’ll be more careful with the units in future videos.
