Stayed at Badlands Hotel and Campground , in August of 24, in there Hotel part. One minute from the south east entrance. You can see Badlands from there. Full hookups. Will be going back with the RV. They’re next to Interior S.D.

I notice that you have a black/white checkered sticker on your trailer. Is that for fords protrailer backup assist? I notice that it’s vertical not horizontal. I’m trying to figure how to set it up on my GoPro without any vertical space available

you are in correct the valve on the water heater is not a drain it is a tpc valve to prevent the tank from exploding , the drain is the plastic plug on the bottom just to the right of the button you were pushing.

You need to be more careful with a single axel than a double since if you get a blowout, one side of your camper will be dragging. On the plus side, you save a lot of weight, so your tow vehicle choices are bigger. I highly recommend closely watching your TPS monitor, it can usually tell you before a blowout happens.

Awesome videos! Only one suggestion. As a nurse, I would like to point out that germs travel via air, vapor and contact. On a hot day, sewer gases expand and further facilitate their travel. It really is much safer to keep your clean circuit forever separate from the dirty circuit. It’s just not worth the risk. I mean, if I was your nurse, would I be able to add an air gap to your urinary catheter and use your IV tubing to give it a rinse before reaattching it to your IV? 😮😮 That whole sewer circuit is chock full of nasty little critters. Keep your water hose off of it. Thanks for the hard work that went into making these very nice videos.

Just a suggestion. Don’t use those screw clamps. They are terrible and will loosen over time. Use a T Bolt Clamp. Those are better designed for water hoses

If you keep your grey tank closed as well as the black tank you will probably accumulate enough gray water to 'flush' the hose after emptying the black tank, which is probably a good thing.

Thanks for the great video description of this project! Pro-tip: You may want to take a look at a Roto-Zip tool for the cut-out work you do. Lots less chance of cutting into electrical-plumbing lines if you set it up right, and your edges will be a lot cleaner. I have a Bosch jigsaw too, but the Roto-Zip is a really good alternative to the jig saw.

Are the propane tanks the same as the ones you exchange at a grocery/hardware store?

One of the best upgrades Rockwood made was new thermostats that set temp and control heat and AC right from the factory.

One thing they didn't tell you is when you first roll out the awning is you should only go out about a foot and let it sit for a couple of minutes to let the oil in the shocks settle or you can shorten the life of them.

Good videos, some don't get a through orientation or if you bought it used, don't get one at all. I'd like to add this. The very first thing to do when you pull into a campsite, is to check to make sure all the utilities are working. Nothing more frustrating than leveling, unhooking and connecting the utilities only to find out one or more are not working and you have to break camp to move to a different site. So turn on the water, check the electricity with circuit tester and make sure there are no problems with the sewer. I've had problems with all of these.

Thanks for your easy going and thorough explanation through all your 3 part series. I just bought a new Geo Pro and really did not have any idea about all the systems or how to do some of these tasks. Feeling much more confident on heading out for our first time. Beware of Forest River/Rockwood/Flagstaff models. Mine had serious manufacturing defects which they admitted to, towed the camper back to the factory, then proceeded to return it to me severely damaged. They've agreed to fix the easy, cheap stuff but not the expensive, important stuff. If you think I'm just one disgruntled customer, take a look at the Better Business Bureau's Forest River page - 1 star out of 5. If I can help just one person not go through the months long agony and financial hardship I have, it will be enough. Thanks for reading.

I bought a used 2018 Geo Pro that had none of the owners manuals. I have had it over a year and these videos have saved me from selling it! Could not figure out how things worked. Thank you~

Really appreciate your videos! Just bought a 2019 19fd. You mentioned the bathroom light was on another breaker. Could you share where that breaker is. I can’t get the bathroom light to work even after changing the light itself and checking the wiring. Thank you.
