At first the woman said that was her son and the little girl was her niece and then she said she was her daughter. Even if it was her niece or her daughter, they still wouldn't have given her anything. Even though I know nobody has to give them anything because they're doing a good deed.

It didn't have to be another PS5 but they could have given her something. Maybe the mom couldn't go because she had to work so she asked her sister to take her daughter with them, we dont know..
