Political activists are the worst offenders. Somehow they always, always think that pitching their candidate or political agenda should be exempt from No Soliciting signs.

It's a shame that the solicitor's audio is so poor here because he was comically brazen. "Did you read my no soliciting sign?" "No worries, {keeps selling me pest control services}..."
